Overview for members
You were invited to an account that already exists. You do not need to read the entire help center — most of it is for whoever configures projects, the plan, and permissions.
As a regular user, your work in Rabbiit is this: sign in, log your own hours, follow the week, and collaborate on activities in the projects you belong to. This guide is the path. The rest of the help can wait.
💡 You do not create projects, invite people, or change the plan. If the screen does not allow it, it is usually not a bug: the profile does not have that action. Whoever administers the account unlocks what is missing. The summary is in what a member can and cannot do.
The path in four steps
Rabbiit home page, the member's starting point
- Sign in to the account — how to access. If the password is stuck, recover or change it.
- Log hours — on the project or on the Timesheet, manually or with the timer. Only yours. The period total is in how to see only my hours.
- Close the week — if the account requires approval, submit the week. Rejected? Correct and resubmit. Approving other people’s queue is not your article.
- Work on the card — an activity is the project deliverable, not the type of hour. The difference is here. On the card, join without being a manager.
If an entry will not let you edit, do not force it: read why I cannot edit a time entry (billed, date lock, or permission).

These are not your profile: inviting users, account permissions, plan and payment method, approving the team queue, marking billed, webhooks, account date lock, team capacity. If a colleague sends one of those links, send it back to whoever administers the account.
