How to access my account
Accessing your Rabbiit account is a simple, direct process. Follow the steps below to sign in and start using all of the platform’s features.
Step by step to access your account
Rabbiit login screen
Go to the login page
Go to the Rabbiit home page and click Sign in, or open the **login page** directly.
Enter your credentials
You will see a login screen like the one in the image above. Enter the requested information.
Required information
- Email: Enter the email address you used to create your Rabbiit account.
- Password: Type your password.
Keep me signed in
- Check Keep me signed in if you want the system to remember your credentials on future visits. This option is useful so you do not have to enter your login information every time you access the platform.
- Security note: Use this option only on trusted devices to keep your account secure.
Forgot your password?
If you forgot your password, click the Forgot your password? link and follow the instructions to reset it. You will need to provide the email associated with your account to receive password-reset instructions.
Sign in to the account
After filling in all required fields, click the green Sign in to account button to access your account.
Tips for signing in easily
- Check your credentials: Make sure the email and password are correct. Confirm that Caps Lock is off, because the password is case-sensitive.
- Account security: Do not share your credentials with third parties and, when possible, change your password regularly to keep your account secure.
- Updated browser: Use an up-to-date browser to keep sign-in smooth and secure.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft
In addition to email and password, you can sign in with a Google or Microsoft account (including a personal account or Azure AD). On the login screen, click the corresponding button and complete authentication with the provider.
The session language and some payment-provider screens follow the preference set in your profile (Portuguese, English, or Spanish).
